What impressed us was the detailed explanation of what was required to meet our needs (and not the tradesman) plus a full written quote confirming this was given. Our property involved roof work out of the norm (Town House Property) to replace the flue. This was carried out very safely with a prior written risk assessment. The work was scheduled for 3 days and commenced and ended on time. Whilst they were present we were given the opportunity to have done those little plumbing jobs outstanding over the years completed. Mr O'Dell and his assistant worked very efficiently as a team or independently. Both were tidy workers and took care, cleaning up at the end of each day. We would not hesitate to recommend Mr Michael O'Dell to anyone as he is a professional tradesman with a refreshing attitude to his customers. We will be using his services again for future installations including a new bathroom suite etc.

Work carried out to a good standard in the time allocated and specified. Care taken not to damage other areas of the house and minimal interference. Good professional company. The only down side is that they need to be booked some time in advance due to their other bookings and committments; they are unlikely to be able to attend at short notice. This does, however, suggest a good reputation.
