  • guarantee not honoured
    very pleased initially with roof blinds and window roller blinds. The latter were partially replaced because of fraying in 2011 but now fraying again and Appeal refusing to honour guarantee accusing us of misuse without inspecting them. Numerous requests for a visit or phone call by senior management with no response.

  • Avoid like the plague!
    Waited far too long for goods. No call backs when promised. Eventually they promised a date for all 9 nine blinds to be fitted. They arrived with only five and two of those had been rolled incorrectly. Waited in for second time, this time arrived with the wrong blinds. Still awaiting final delivery and fitting. Attitude by administration staff to my complaint was that their poor service is covered under their terms and conditions. Maybe if we had read the contract more closely we would have saved ourselves a great deal of cost and frustration and gone to a competitor. The only reason for the higher mark of three is because the fitter did the best work he could given the poor headquarters back up.
