The job was always going to be a tricky one given the age of our house and the fact that there isn’t a right-angle anywhere in it. However, you managed to work around many obstacles and problems, with patience, and have left us with a new shower room, bathroom and cloakroom that we are absolutely delighted with. The improvement over what was there before you started work is huge and we are most grateful for all your efforts and the extra time you had to put in to complete everything to schedule.

In the summer we decided to re- fit our kitchen and at the same time landscape our garden so that all the disruption this would cause could be dealt with in one go. From the outset Sean was exceedingly helpful offering advice and very useful suggestions to help us decide on how best to convert our vision of what we wanted into reality. I can honestly say that without his experience we would have made some mistakes that we would now be regretting. We have used Sean and Hannan Property Services before so knew what to expect in terms of attention to detail and cleanliness of the site. To get a builder to call you back is one thing; to get a builder to call you back when they say they will is a miracle! At no stage throughout the entire process from an initial call to get a quote for their services all the way through to the completion of the project did we have a single problem in communications. Hannan property Services were professional, reliable, efficient, trustworthy and approachable at all times. They were very good at project managing the build and were extremely diplomatic at handling neighbours and local residents when it came to issues that might effect them as a result of the work being carried out. Compared to other building companies that we approached, HPS automatically understood the task in hand and were able to highlight the various obstacles that we might have to overcome during the development of our new extension. Not only did this provide us with confidence that HPS knew what they were doing but their advice also enabled us to plan in advance and make cost saving decisions when dealing with architects and local planners. The build of our extension did not come without complications as the project evolved. This was due to the age of the house and poor workmanship which had been inflicted upon it prior to us moving in. HPS tackled each problem calmly and in a professional manner assessing the various options and presenting the most economical solutions. The entire team were a pleasure to work with and you always felt that your home was in safe hands. Their attention to detail and level of craftsmanship is of an extremely high standard and I would gladly work with HPS again should we undertake any further building developments.

Hannan Property Services undertook a gut and re-fit to our family bathroom in November 2007. They were always punctual, committed to the project and very thorough.
