Have you used this tradesperson?  Absolutly rubbish company This company was meant to install my Sky for me since July 09 it is now Jan 10 and still no Sky, constently fob you off saying we'll ring you and suprise suprise they never do, I truly don't understand why a company like Sky would want to be involved with this atrocity of a company. I would warn anyone else even considering using this company to run very fast in the opposite direction. They truly are an absolute shambles.

Reviewed by Dave on November 20, 2009 Awful. We ordered SkyTV over a month ago and since then have rearranged work schedules and sat waiting for engineers on 3 occasions. The first engineer could not install a dish on our building as she did not have the correct height equipment and so arranged for another team to come out with suitable equipment. The next team had been given no prior information about the job and so the same thing happened. We arranged for another engineer and we were assured by the office that this engineer would be briefed on the difficulty of the job. No prizes for guessing what happened next...
We are now cancelling our installation after 5 weeks of waiting.

Reviewed by D Fenn on August 29, 2009 WHAT A JOKE !! I cannot believe Sky are pushing paying customers like me onto this business!!!... An update to follow on from my earleir review;
Topline finally got my dish installed, we had agreed it would be done before 9:00am on a Saturday morning. The sub-contracted engineer eventually turned up at 12:10pm - he had no idea he was meant to be with us at an appointed time and was just doing the round he had been given!
He installed the dish along with a colleage. They failed to activate the card but after calling him later on in the evening his advice was to wait - it will do it automatically..!! It turns out that this only happends when you have a phone line connected to Sky, which we don't as we are still waiting for Sky Talk.. Craig knew this, he installed the bloody things!
The card was activated by Sky, a call I had to make on my mobile which will cost a fortune! But this is not the end of our problem - the dish has been installed incorrectly and we only get half of the channels, most of the ones we are missing are the ones we are paying extra for!!!
I am still waiting for Topline to call me back as promised with a solution, what a bunch of tossers!!
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS - THEY ARE A SMALL TINPOT COMPANY WITH NO STANDARDS, NO CUSTOMER CARE AND A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!

I paid Topline £25 on 10th July for my Sky phone line and broadband to be activated.. my Sky card finally arrived on 4th August @ the third attempt! I am still trying to book my installation but then thats where the problem starts with Topline - nobody ever answers the phone! I have rung off the hook for 45 minutes solid today!
Why oh why must Sky pass their customers onto this shower, it is damaging to their reputation!
Fingers crossed the installation goes well but I am not entirely hopeful!

Reviewed by NOEL HITT on July 22, 2009 RUBBISH I WAITED 7 WEEKS FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND INSTALL MY SKY THEY EVENTUALLY CAME LAST THURSDAY BUT IT WASNT WORKING SO I PHONED THEM STRAIGHT AWAY AND CANT BELIEVE THE RUDE STAFF THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM. I HAVE NOW BEEN WITHOUT TV FOR 5 DAYS AND HAVE PHONED THIS COMPANY EVERY HOURFOR 5 DAYS JUST TO BE TOLD SOMEBODY WILL CALL ME BACK. THE ENGINEERS THAT INSTALLED WERE GREAT AND HAVE SPOKEN TO THE ENGINEERS WHO ARE COMING BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT THE END OF THE WEEK. BUT AS FOR THE STAFF THAT SIT BY THE PHONE ALL DAY AND JUST TELL CUSTOMERS THEY WILL RING BACK I THINK ITS DISGUSTING. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND.

I have even been given a day when the engineer will call, taken the day of work to find out it was just lie no engineer booked to call. I now have waited two days for a manager to call?..hopefully I will get there in the end...

Reviewed by steve halliday on October 28, 2008 I have had very poor service from this company. Their communication with their customers is non exisistant. They installed the wrong equipment which then took seven phone calls and false promises of returing my calls to then find out that they wernt coming out even after i agreed a date for them the come out again.
