    Gb Satellites came to my house as I had lost all my television channels. After some time of fault finding they found a faulty amplifier and renewed it! Very quick call out time and reasonable priced for an honest repair. Nice to see proper tradesmen doing good work.

  • A pleasure to do business
    GB Satellites sorted out all my free view problems in an hour! Told me my amplifier in loft was faulty and that the existing aerial was more than adequate to get me all the channels! Amplifier changed, a cup of coffee later and I was good to go! Friendly & honest, what more do you need!

    People normally only write bad reviews on these types of things but i'm going to change that as I feel it is very deserving. GB Satellite systems visited me on the 1st February 2012, wonderful family business, very informative, professional and reliable service! Mick & Tom both really knew their products and after explaining to me that freeview reception wasn't very good in my area (even after changeover) I decided to take the freesat HD route. I never thought the install would be so discreet and tidy! Cables hardly show, clipped low down to my black painted wall, hole in wall covered by a neat plate to stop the weather coming in & cable appearing nice and neat inside too. Small touches like dust sheets, shoes off & hoovering when complete made these guys refreshing to watch that there are good honest family businesses out there still! Maybe not the total cheapest, but you get what you pay for and i'm so glad I went with quality over cheapness in high and sight! Cheers again to Mick and Tom, highly recommended Sean

  • Dont use this company.
    Dont use GB Satellite systems. My elderly Mother paid over £200 in April to have her kitchen and bedroom TVs made ready for the digital switch over in July. Or so she thought!! This was done by having SKY received to both these TVS. The one in the bedroom has never worked correctly and my Mother has called the company and was told what to do over the phone to rectify it. It still isnt working properly So she hasnt been using it as a result. I have now got involved and tried to rectify it but unfortunatley without success. I have today rang the company and been called back by the installer who has said he will go back but if it isnt a fault with the receiver he will charge a call out fee. As he is now saying that the TV would have needed re tuning on the 23rd July he appears to have omitted to tell my mother this in April when he was taking her money and she thought that she was all sorted for digital which is why she was having the work done in the first place. I am disgusted at the poor customer service. So my advice is dont use this company.
