    Hi, I would like to reccomend Billy Bratton as they installed our new boiler last week and had everything working within the same day. They left the house the way I had left it in the morning. Great customer service and I will use them for work in the future.

  • When the pilot light on our gas fire wouldn't stay on .... therefore the fire wouldn't light, we called a local company Billy Bratton in to do the work. They sent a engineer round the same day who was polite and friendly. He took the whole fire to pieces, cleaned it, replaced the worn part and did a full test. The job took an hour and the fire worked like new I was well impressed. I will definitely call them again should I need a heating and plumbing engineer and would not hesitate recomending them to others.

  • Local resident needed an electrician. The company sent Jacob. The company phoned me and told me that he was going to arrive later than the appointment time. He apologised for arriving late. Then in the space of one hour. Super star Jacob had fitted a new outside light and new bathroom light. The price was as per website . We paid cash and he issued a receipt.
