After a bad experience with the first call I made to some company which promised to get back to me and make me waited for an hour outside my flat. I then make a another call to AHL Locksmiths and to my surprise he was here in 10 minutes (although the business is a few streets away but he could have taken his own sweet time for turning up) so 10 points on Customer Service. I gave him a 9 on standard of work as he took a while to unlock my front door as the door lock had a sticky situation which I have difficulty in opening even using the key. Overall a job well done, friendly and value for money. Would highly recommend.
