  • Marek came by today, fixed blinds, installed carbon monoxide detector, checked the back yard security lighting and adjusted it, and cleared the drain in the bathroom. We are all good now.   • The engineer John who attended was wonderful! I wanted to take the time to call so you could pass on my feedback to the boss and let them know how happy I am. I felt that nothing was too much trouble for him, he was very knowledgeable and showed me how to use the boiler timer correctly and also gave me advise on the best use of my radiators.     I just wanted to write and congratulate you and your team on the boiler installation you carried out in my home last week. I chose Urban Solutions because you were the most responsive company during the quoting process and I am happy to say this level of service was maintained throughout the project. Nick and his assistant were friendly, thorough and conscientious throughout. I also appreciated your willingness and promptness in sorting out the remaining little details after the main installation had been completed even though this resulted in two extra visits. The work was carried out tidily and, despite some alterations to the existing tiling, it is hard to tell from its immediate surroundings that the new boiler is actually a replacement. Due to disappointing experiences with other companies in the past, I was slightly apprehensive about replacing my boiler, but in the end it proved to be a stress-free process so congratulations again on a job well done.

A South African - was exceptional: calm, wise, informative, articulate - not always the experience of worried householders with plumbers. Anyhow, if it's not too late and if you're handing out any Christmas bonuses this year, can I suggest you put Jason to the top of the line and hold on to him for 2010?
