"We wanted to say a massive thank you for all your hard work.  We all love our new house and it's already made a huge difference to our lives.  Who needs holidays when you've got such a lovely kitchen!

You and your team have been amazing.  At the beginning of this project we hoped we might end up with a lovely new kitchen, bathroom etc.  We've got all these thanks to you.  What we never imagined was that we'd actually miss having 'our' builders around the house!  We'll start saving for our loft conversion so that we can have the pleasure of your company again!

Thanks so much Nick - it really has been great having you around.  The kids (and us) are going to miss you.  Anytime you're in Forest Gate call in for a cup of tea and a biccie.
