Mark fitted a new bathroom, removing the old slate floor and replacing with rubber and underfloor heating, removed and installed a new shower, retiled walls, removed a radiator and replaced it with a towel rail, built a bespoke cabinet and fitted a fan. The work done was to a very high standard, and I would have given him 10 out of 10 for it but there was an issue with the shower. However, Mark fixed it with minimum disruption and no arguing. His team were polite and tidy and worked hard. The work did take longer than orginally stated but this was partially my fault. I would use Get Turner again.

Mark and his highly skilled team completely redesigned the kitchen and bathroom incorporating design ideas that made my very small flat seem much bigger - the finish, design and attention to detail is excellent all round. Mark and his team are all very experienced and hence have added value in terms of design, layout and colour. Plumbing/electrics and all other works were all co-ordinated and organised. They are also the tidiest builders ever. This was not a straighforward job as the flat was left in a terrible state by a previous builder. I would recommend Mark and his team as they have done an excellent job all round, hassle free and value for money. If you don't know what good building work looks like, you will not go wrong using Get Turner Ltd. So much more than builders and a credit to the building industry.

Work was to extend a mezzanine floor and re design Kitchen. Mark and his team did an excellent job and were always really helpful and offered lots of advise. The kitchen was completely changed to incorporate a Corian Island which looks fantastic. Overall I would definately recomend Mark and his team.

The project was a new bathroom, replacement windows and other bits that needed to be done. Mark Turner dealt brilliantly with my initial dithering and my tendency to add to the project as it progressed. The work carried out was excellent. Initial brief to Mark was to extend our very narrow bathroom and install a completely new one. He made several recommendations as to layout which was very helpful. The builders were punctual, extremely hardworking and cleared up after themselves every night. They did their best to minimise the disruption to us as we only had the one bathroom so they worked around that. As work progressed extra work became necessary (as is so often the way with old houses). At all times we were kept appraised of work needed and revised costings. Lesley and Susie in the office were also very helpful. The fitter, Kris, was extremely good, working very hard and to a high standard. He made several suggestions particularly around tiling that we followed and were very glad we did. Overall a very high level of finish, and a 5 star bathroom just as we wanted. We would use Mark and his team again without hesitation and are extremely pleased with the finished product. (The cat is also very pleased with the underfloor heating!)

Initially the project we employed Mark and the Get Turner team to do was to knock through out breakfast room and kitchen to make one room (icluding romoving an outside toilet and a chimmney all the way up to the roof), move our bathroom and third bedroom around and install a new boiler and central heating throughout (the previous owner didn't have either before!) Once the job started (on the date specified by Mark on commissioning) however, it soon become clear that we had bigger structural problems than we though. Mark and the team advised us on the best course of action to steady the extension structure and re-fitted all the woodwork (joists, etc.) to level the floor. All fittings (bathroom, radiators and kitchen units plus all electrics - spot lights, plug points etc.) we done to a high standard and we were usually pretty aware of what was going to happen when. Overall we are very happy with the work and would recommend Mark and team very highly. They guys were very hard working arriving at 8am everyday including saturdays and were usually pretty good at keeping us informed of timings, etc. Initially we were going to have separate trades cover the project, but having the team able to cover all trades and dovetail them to mean that work was progressing all the time. Thanks to the team for all their help.

We first asked Mark and his team to replace two bathrooms and we were very pleased with the work so we moved on to having the kitchen completely renovated. The thing that sets Mark apart from other builders we have used is his no-nonesense approach from quote to completion. Mark is happy to discuss requirements, provide a detailed quote and then stick to it. We were sufficiently confident after he installed our bathrooms that we went on holiday whilst he started the kitchen. We will use Mark again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Our old bathroom sprung a leak into the flat below so we took the opportunity to upgrade both of our bathrooms. The work was carried out to a very high standard and although the job overran somewhat this was due to unforeseen circumstances and was handled in a totally professional manner. Mark and his team have recently completed a bathroom refurb for me. From his initial visit to spec and price the job it was evident we were thinking along the same lines in terms of design and finish. Mark and his team completed a full refurbishment of our bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The main positives were the cleanliness (clearing up every night before they left and keeping mess to a minimum), Fred the foreman (delight to work with, very obliging), and simply the ease of working with Mark (no hassle over monies, spec, snagging to be resolved, etc.). I am very happy with the kitchen that Get Turner installed for me..it looks really lovely, althoigh it wasn't completed in the time promised (what ever is) the buiders were very nice and let me know what was going on...i would recommend them to anyone!!!

In reply - I have been manning the office vitually by myself, due to paternity leave, staff illness and half term. Plus we have had a week away in college re qualifying our corgi registration. So not as efficient as I would like. In these circumstances the more interesting and worthwhile jobs get seen first. I am sure that the rest of our reviews will show the real picture, rather than someone spiteful enough to waste the time rubbishing us when he has not even had any work carried out by us. At the end of the day, Luckily I can choose my customers. Mr Albes looks like one I was lucky to avoid.

We were beginning to lose all hope of finding a company who could deliver the style and finish we were looking for in our new bathroom at a price we could afford - and so were delighted when we found Get Turner recommended on this website. We had a Bulthaup kitchen fitted and Get Turner did all the building work associated with this fitting. They removed the old kitchen, made good; did all the electrics, plumbing, gas, h & cw supplies, painting plus lots of 'bits'. They were professional, responsive, timely, did excellent work, respected our home and were easy to get along with. We had some problems with the plumber but they reponded well to our comments and resolved the problem.

I have to say I am completely over the moon with my new bathroom - fitted to a high standard, and within the estimated timescale. The workman was friendly, tidy and professional - I would recommend Get Turner to anyone.

We have again (this is a second refurb.) been very pleased with your prompt attention to our requirements and your ability to accommodate our needs. Mark & his team are just finishing a really big job for us - new kitchen, basement and two bathrooms to very high spec. We are very happy with the result. The team of craftsmen on the job have all been really friendly, respectful, skilled and tidy - you simply couldn't find a better bunch. Mark is very good at suggesting alternatives and solutions to problems that inevitably arise on jobs like this and we were happy to trust his judgment. Finishing off of small details is taking longer than we all expected, but we're getting there now. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Get Turner.

I needed a small bathroom to be gutted and entirely refitted. Get Turner did an excellent job and were very quick and thorough. They left the property free of mess and debris at the end of each day/the end of the job. A couple of problems did arise, as I think is common when any job is undertaken, however these were rectified quite quickly.

The Get Turner team renovated the 3 bathrooms in our Victorian house. Most of the work was done by Pyotr, a fantastic plumber who also did an excellent job with tiling and installing fixtures and fittings. Specialist electricians installed electrics very professionally. The work was to a very high standard, the workmen were tidy and efficient and we are thrilled with the results. We are happy to recommend the firm. Mark was also able to recommend someone to replace our boiler who turned out to also be a star.

We have used Get Turner on two occassions now, first time to completely rip out and install a new bathroom and second to install a new kitchen and create a space under the stairs to install a downstairs toilet. On both occassions were have been very happy with the workmanship and quality of work completed for us. There are also often unforeseen problems that arise when walls and ceilings are removed and replaced, but everytime this occured with us suggestions were given and the problem resolved very quickly.

We hired Get Turner to refurbish a three bedroom house, including creating a new en-suite bathroom, fitting a new kitchen and re-wiring among other things. Mark is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and he has some star workers on his team. The project was pursued diligently and on budget. Get Turner also tackled a smaller project (fitting a new kitchen) for us and we were equally pleased with the work. We have been very pleased with the end results and plan on using Mark for a further project.

Mark and his team guttetd our kitchen and fitted a new one, decorated the kitchen, made windows into doors and compeltely redecorated our front room. All of the team were very professional and reliable - although as with many builders they needed a little coercing to finally finish the project. I had two bathrooms completely fitted out by Get Turner. The team did an excellent job, turning up every morning, six days a week until the job was complete. We've just had a complete re-furb of our 5 bed Victorian house done by Mark. He was recommended to us and I have to say, having just had a new baby, he completely took the headache of worrying about the reliability of builders away! He is professional, articulate and a nice guy to deal with. He was always trying to do the best for us, project managed it fantastically, keeping his eye on everything and making sure everything ran to his very detailed timing plans, things were done to a high standard, everywhere constantly cleaned etc. He's also got a keen eye for design layouts, making good suggestions.
