The Kandoo team consists of joiners, roofers, plumbers, electricians, and decorators... Have you used this tradesperson?  Kandoo really do a good service Having obtained, through this website, few quotes from different firms I used Kandoo Services Ltd to fix a leaking skylight.
JON’s wonderfully prompt response to a quote request showed exceptional service attitude, on the quote he was thorough and provided all the options available.
Having offered a very reasonable price, Jon was efficient, very helpful, on time on all occasions and did a sterling job.
In addition to the work we agreed, he carried out a minor repair he discovered whilst on the roof.
I would sum my experience with Kandoo Services Ltd in three words, Responsible, Hardworking, and Honest. As they offer many trades, Kandoo is definitely my company for the future and would use again.

Reviewed by Kerr on November 21, 2011 Streets ahead on quality and cost. Jon assessed the work I needed for redecorating the front of my house. He sent me a detailed quote within a couple of days. It was miles ahead of any of the others I received for quality and cost. When the unexpected cropped up he didn't charge the earth, and in one instance didn't charge at all. The work has a really good finish, true quality work, and no mess or fuss. Thanks a million Jon and Ian, great job!!

His visit co-incided with that of a surveyor who confirmed that the leaking roof is not due to Jon's workmanship and is co-incidental. Jon has kindly offered to repair the roof free of charge to make amends for the delay. I am happy to recommend him once more.

Reviewed by JS on September 29, 2011 Very disappointing I used Jon last year for some general repairs so decided to call him when a small leak developed on a flat roof. After several attempts I finally got a quote and he completed the job in May. All seemed well until a storm hit in July and water poured through the roof - much much worse than the orignal problem. I contacted Jon and he agreed to come and review the problem. That was two months ago and despite several 'I absolutely promise I'll come next week' he never has nor has he had the decency to contact me. And to add insult to injury the garden lights Kandoo replaced have caused the whole system to trip as they were badly installed and damaged the armoured cable, and the garden gate they replaced is literally falling to pieces a year later. Not impressed.

So far really impressed, but that's where it ended. I confirmed to him that I wanted to get the job done. He gave me a starting date, still impressed. The day he was supposed to start he called saying he was in hospital. I thought, fair enough. I've been trying to contact him since, he won't reply to my emails, calls to his mobile, calls to his answering service. His answering service confirms that he is working.
I would love to rate his work but I haven't been able to experience it. It would be good to receive a call from him saying that he can't do the job rather than ignoring his clients. Maybe he'll respond to this message, I still want him to do the job.

Reviewed by Nadia Ghani on April 8, 2011 A pleasure Of the three highly rated local tradespersons I picked from ProblemSolved.co.uk, Jon of Kandoo Services came up with the most reasonable price for the job. This coupled with the positive impression he and his colleague David gave when they visited our home to look at the job meant they were our first choice. Jon and David replaced the fascia and guttering at the rear of our home to a high standard and promptly. When we realised that the ancient flat-roof on the extension would need replacing too Jon was able to call up Brian the roofer to commence the roof replacement within 24 hours. Brian was also a very decent chap who made a great job of the roof within the day.
I fully intend to use Kandoo Services for more associated works at our home this very year!
Big thanks to Jon, David and Brian for all their time and efforts.

So seeing how professional Kandoo Services came across on their website i had high expectations !!!
I had no need to worry as their service was 1st class from the start to the finish, and all with a smile.
Most people worry that they may get ripped off or taken for a ride.But no such problems exist here!!

We have been very impressed by their fast response, quick turnaround and delvery at the agreed time (which in the end involved working rather late indeed). Very professional in this regard.
The quality of the work was very good - some minor scratches left here and there, but something you had to search for.
In the end, unfortunately to report, a little bit of a haggle regarding extra may, but we are very glad to report that everything was sorted out okay, and again in no time.
Overall, we'd use them again any time.

A few weeks before, they happily came out and diagnosed the problem on the day I phoned them without sucking in their teeth.
When they did arrive to carry out the job, they overlooked and put right any other minor problems there were and made sure I was happy with it all. They are courteous, reliable, professional, and tidy, and I would thoroughly recommend Kandoo Services any day of the week. Thanks.

The most recent job was to build and paint bespoke cupboards and shelves in two rooms. We're delighted with the results - they look fantastic. The carpenter and the painters were really professional and kept us informed throughout the whole job to make sure that we were happy.
Kandoo seem capable of doing anything, no job is too big or too small, and you can always trust them to do a really good job. Having been let down several times by workmen who failed to turn up, it's great to deal with people who turn up on time and really go the extra mile to give you good service. I'd recommend them every time.

We called our local tradesmen but they were all off for the holidays. A friend recommended that we try Kandoo services.
I gave them a call and they came out immediately to asses the damage. I found their rep extremely professional and knowledgeable - he put me completely at ease and I had confidence the work would be done and to a very high standard.
Needless to say that the following day the Kandoo team came to our offices and carried out the work as promised. The team were on time, professional and completed the work within budget.
I have no reservations recommending their services and will most certainly be using them going forward.

Jon's roofing in particular was thorough and very fairly priced and he has a truly brilliant decorator. Added to this, the team were uniformly considerate and easy to have around. I will be using Jon again. I suspect his unreliable scheduling is due to high demand. Dear David, I did say I would come out to you this week but the week is not yet over! My wife was admitted to hospital for 2 days this week to undergo surgery so I have been delayed in getting over to you. You called me over the extremely wet bank holiday weekend to which you were warmly greeted. A few days later I came over to view the problem with your roof. On my arrival you informed me that things seemed to be fine now. Before leaving I thought it only sensible and especially since I came out especially to see you to at least have a look. The problem was diagnosed. Photographs were taken and emailed over to you immediately. We like to do that so at least you can see whats really going on up there and in addition you can store them for reference or even obtain additional quotes with them. I appreciated that you did not want to spend additional money on your property seeing as though you were in the process of selling it. You appeared to be a nice man so taking into account your situation I offered to do the work for a small fee of £90 including materials. We agreed that I would return during dry weather since cement work was required. We have experienced a mixture of wet and dry weather this week so this has hindered us in carrying out the work. My 'promise' (singular) was not yet broken and therefore you have 'jumped the gun' somewhat. In future I would suggest, out of courtesy pick up the telephone and give thought before you write something publicly as this could be damaging not only to the recipient but also to yourself.
