Atlas Living were asked to consult on the design and finishes of this investment property just off High St Kensington.  The top floor was re-configured to maximise space/rental return - this included re-location of the family bathroom and bedroom walls and the addition of an en-suite. Additional storage was built for the bedrooms and both the kitchen and flooring was replaced; not only to modernise the property but to provide a neutral environment suitable for letting.
