So after a hectic few weeks for the Government & Energy Saving Trust's scrappage scheme where Radio 4 described it as "in utter chaos" the scheme seems to be sorting itself out.

In the first three weeks of the scheme we carried out 35-40 quotes in and around London for interested parties, many of whom had applied immediately as the scheme was launched. Since application most of these clients struggled to speak to anyone at the EST to receive an update on their applicationand their emails were seemingly ignored.

Just putting the final touches on a medium-sized job involving completely new installation of central heating and centrally-supplied hot water to a 1960's built church in West London along with some work to the existing plumbing system.

When we arrived the building was about to embark on a full renovation, and with nothing but 40-year old gas heaters and single point water heaters for hot water we knew we had our work cut out!
