He was extremely capable and had the door open in no time. My locks were so old that they were now obsolete, so the locksmith fitted two emergency locks to my door to secure it. Wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again. We got burgled over the weekend and wanted to change the locks. Spoke to Paul first thing Monday morning, he explained a range of costed options over the phone and was on site that afternoon. He fitted two new locks, cleaned up well, went through my insurance documents to make sure his products fitted their requirements and went around offering other security advice / contacts for free. If I ever need locks fitted again, I will be calling him.

What a find! Paul came to fit a new lock to our bike shed, which was broken into and damaged. He really knew his stuff, advised me on the best lock to use.
