I phoned John earlier today after leaving myself in a bit of a pickle having stupidly locked myself out. John was very polite and we arranged a suitable time. We had to re-arrange but I was kept informed at all times and John arrived bang on, if not before the agreed meeting time at my door. He got into the house in a jiffy with not the slightest fuss. Although frustrating to have to call a locksmith, if you're ever in need and in the Battersea/Clapham area I can heartily recommend giving John a call.
