we had just redone our bathroom and were completely ripped off by another builder (steve Martin - never use him!) he left us with a shower unusable, leaks throughout the apartment and tenants that were packing their bags in readiness to move. We got in touch with Alan, and from day one he was there in under an hour - over the last few months alan has been in constant contact with us and the tenants, he has always shown professionalism and never once let us or the tenants down. There was an awful lot of repair work to the bathroom and eventually we had to replace the shower altogether. He under charged on some of the job l am sure of and never once asked for money up front. His invoices were detailed and included vat. We wont hesitate to recommend Alan Paul to anyone.
