If there was an award for being unreliable then Kendall plumber would win it hands down. I am living in a building site, brushing my teeth in the kitchen etc while I await the return of this plumber or heaven forbid even a phone call from him to say when he is going to return or even that he can't be bothered to return. When he said he would be here at 1pm I foolishly believed him. Upon phoning him he then said he would be here by 2pm and guess what, yup no sight of him. Only now he was unavailable. He had switched him mobile off and ignored all calls and voicemails left on his answer phone. Since then he has not had the courtesy to return and of the messages left for him. Still it could be worse, my neighbour used him and they have been waiting for 3 months for him to return.
