  • WARNING
    We had a fitted wardrobe from them in June 2010. Soon after the completion I noticed the Doors had begun to warp top and bottom. I tried to contact them by telephone but as anyone knows who has phoned the customer care line you will always get an answer phone and no one will call back. If you ring the sales line it is answered right away. The sales assistant then states she cannot connect you to a manager; you have to camp out in the showroom to get to see a manager. To cut a very long story of errors short it has taken them 1 year and 3 months to replace 4 of the 5 doors, on one occasion they turned up with the wrong size door. When the replacement arrived for a door with a full-length mirror it didn’t have a mirror! All 4-replacement doors are slightly bigger and are a lighter shade than remaining original. No one ever apologised throughout all this. We are now at a stage where the replacement doors are also beginning to warp also. Ian Forsythe the managing director finally visited my home but could not see a problem, he said it just needed hinge adjustments. When the fitter came he agreed that the doors were warped but was afraid he would be sacked if he reported the truth. I have just received a letter from Mr Forsythe to say he will not give me a refund or carry out any more work, as he considers after 25 year as an expert in industry the doors are fit for purpose. In my opinion the only thing he is an expert at is banking your hard earned cash and ignoring complaints! The final words from Mr Forsythe were “ You will not get your money back so forget about your wardrobe doors and get on with your life”. My advice stay well clear of Premier Kitchens and Bedrooms!

  • The worst company I've ever dealt with
    Avoid Premier Kitchens at all costs. Even worse than the poor quality of the kitchen and installation is their insulting attitude to correcting the problems they've cause. They'll readily accept it's poor, but they do nothing to correct it. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. I've never seen or heard worse - they're a joke. Don't listen to their grand promise of high quality. They cannot or wil not live up to it. Try this as a test. Call their phone number and select any number except showroom (options are installations, pre installations, customer service, after care). You'll get an answer machine. There are only two people there really. Then try the showroom and ask to be put through - you'll be told they can't but will pass a message on. How can downstairs not phone upstairs - like there is some magic upstairs? No it's because they need to check what your complaint is before they decide if they need to avoid you. They're disgusting, sharp practice, snake oil salesmen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
