I used Roofing Group UK (Roofing UK) to re-roof my home and repair a dormer bedroom. Since that time, a major leak has developed which is damaging my property and its contents. Contacted about the issue on the 18th of August, Roofing Group UK have so far failed to come and investigate the issue - or even contact me about it. It is now the 6th of September, and the room is ruined by the leak. Despite the 15 day deadline outlined in the National Federation of Roofing Contractors expiring, the company still refuses to do anything about the issue. Avoid at all costs.
