Have you used this tradesperson?  Courteous Professional Attitude and Excellent Service I am pleasantly surprised at the good old fashioned Professional Courteous attitude of Mr Vanstone and the
professionalism of the service received. Considering that in this day and age everyone wants the cheapest price which usually goes hand in hand with minimal service, this company bucks the trend of providing quality with good value. My digital installation of SkyHD coupled with freeview HD via new aerial all worked first time without a hitch. I would recommend this company who would like a straight forward installation. Even though it was only a little job they were very quick to respond, efficient and courteous. They managed to re-align my dish properly after I had 2 other firms fail to get it right, and also highlighted (and rectified) the lack of earth sheilding in my system - again overlooked by the other firms. Can now get Channel 5 in all of my rooms too!

Reviewed by Chris Jones on September 2, 2010 Great! Called these guys in after my local supposedly 'approved' company never showed up 3 times on the trot!.. Uniformed engineer, with RDI badge turned up and installed my new aerial perfectly, with a nice neat job to, and for a very reasonable price.

We requested an aerial on the outside of our house (we particularly wanted this as our loft is being converted into a bedroom). The engineer came and put it in the loft despite requests for it to go outside on the roof, when we became insistent he said there was no time now. We paid £160 for a job we could have done ourselves. When we tried to call to rectify this matter the company did not answer the phone, at one point we was on hold for 45 mins being told by a machine "your call is important to us and will be answered shortly". I have emailed the company and they haven't replied. They have my money for a job that has not been carried out as the customer requested yet I have no way of getting hold of them to rectify this.

Never used Get Digital Now before but spoke to a friend who recommended Alistair - fantastic. Sorted out within a few days. First class.

Mr Alistair from Get Digital Now UK has contact me and offered a refund and appologised for the poor work done by their sub contractor (who is now no longer work for Get Digital Now UK). The company has resolve my problems quickly ( with-in a week) after received my complain.
With good profestional respond after sale service, I am happy to recommence Get Digital Now UK for other customer,I guess we all want to get a good service after sale. I think GDN UK have to get a better check on their sub-contractor but a quick respond from the company is good for me to withdraw the review above. Thanks to Mr Alistair for solved my problem. The guy came to installed my Freesat is about 18 years old who drew 2 holes in my bedroom wall ( but only used one hole, other hole he just left it as is and not even say sorry about it) he also broke the skirt in the room which broke my gas pipe and to hide it away he put a pl astic tap on and not even tell me about it, as result my gas got cut off as massive gas lost. I only notice about that when an corgi gas engineer came to check the gas box and point out that seriouse gas problem.
I'm considering to take legal action again the company.
