after buying our new house, we needed to update the property as the house hadn't been touched since the 1970s. we required a full rewire bringing the electrics up to date, full new plumbing system, new kitchen, new bathroom, new hard wood floors, and the house had to be fully plastered and decorated top to bottom. we were so impressed with ward refurbishments from start to finish, the pricing was competitve and right. the workers were profesional and they kept the house clean at the end of each day, that was a challenge in it's self because of the amount of work happening, all the guys were so helpful and respectful. at the end of the job my new house was transformed and with little disruption to our day to day living. we have used lee many times since then for other smaller jobs and we feel confident that we have found our selfs a good reliable builder. i have recomended lee on numerous ocasions to friends and family.

I used Ward Refurbishments after being recommended them by my neighbours. I was very pleased with the service I received. Lee and his team removed a sagging ceiling, fitted plaster boards and replastered the entire room before fitting beautiful Victorian Coving which they had made for me to match the rest of the house. They also Plastered the second bedroom and my home office, Ben one of there Plasteres was very friendly and clean. The team removed all the rubbish from the work and cleaned up. Lee Ward offers a fast friendly and reasonably priced service, I will be using them in the future for other work I need carried out.

Ward Refurbishment initially installed a completely new bathroom followed by a bathroom for my mother in Eltham. The quality of the work and craftsmanship is exceptional and both rooms have been completely transformed! The estimate given by Lee was not exceeded and there were no ‘hidden’ surprises throughout the developments which were both completed on time. The builders were very polite and ensured that my Mum was kept totally informed throughout the project which kept it all stress free.
